Not earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days and not later than 75 (seventy five) calendar days following the date the Buyer signs the consignment note (TORG-12) in 2 copies (one copy for the Buyer and one copy for the Supplier), when Providing the originals of primary documents: invoice, invoice; Waybill (TTN), at least two copies; if the Goods are subject to certification in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation: documents on certification of the Goods; technical documentation; quality plan for Goods 1, 2, 3 safety classes; other documents stipulated by the terms of reference.
