Supply of carbon steel shaped parts for heat installation work at the construction site of Rooppur NPP in the People's Republic of Bangladesh (1 -), Price: 875 288,32 RUB(VAT free) per unit
Not earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days and not later than 75 (seventy five) calendar days following the date of receipt of the goods, subject to the provision of original primary documents: invoice, invoice; consignment note (TORG-12) in 2 copies (one copy for the Buyer and one copy for the Supplier); Consignment note (TTN), at least two copies; if the Goods are subject to certification in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation: documents on certification of the Goods; technical documentation; quality plan for Goods 1, 2, 3 safety class; other documents provided for by the Terms of Reference.
If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the specifics of participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", then p.3.7. to state in edition:
"Within 15 (Fifteen) working days ...") following the date of signing
The buyer of the consignment note (in the form of TORG-12), subject to the provision of originals of primary documents: invoice, invoice; consignment note (TORG-12) in 2 copies (one copy for the Buyer and one copy for the Supplier); Consignment note (TTN), at least two copies; product certification documents; technical documentation; quality plan for Goods 1, 2, 3 safety class; other documents stipulated by the Terms of Reference. "
