I. Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the consignee of the act of entrance control after receipt of the products of the proper quality and in the proper completeness and receipt by the buyer (consignee) of the documents named in Paragraph 3.4 of this Agreement (for the winner being a subject of SMES).
