Payment terms:
The customer undertakes to make a monthly advance payment to the Contractor for the services provided by the Contractor during the term of this Agreement until the 12th of the current month in the amount of up to 8% of the total contract amount, but not more than 1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand) rubles, including VAT. The Customer undertakes to make monthly payments to the Contractor for the services rendered by the Contractor on the basis of the acceptance certificate submitted by the Contractor - the transfer of the services rendered and the invoice issued on its basis. Acts of transfer and acceptance of the act of reception and transfer of services rendered and the invoice issued on its basis provided by the Contractor. Acceptance certificates of the rendered services and invoices are sent by the Contractor in accordance with the schedule of works on closing the reporting period of ChMZ JSC.
