Обоснование: В связи с тем, что после окончании срока подачи заявок для участия в запросе котировок, подана только одна заявка, и в соответствии с подпунктом а) пункта 1.1 части 1 статьи 6.4 ЕОСЗ, запрос котировок на право заключения договора на оказание услуг по разработке и аттестации методики измерений, признан несостоявшимся.
По результатам рассмотрения заявки единственного участника, закупочной комиссией были приняты следующие решения:
В связи с тем, что запрос котировок, из-за явки одного Участника, признан не состоявшимся, и в соответствии с подпунктами а), б), в), пункта 4, статьи 6.4. ЕОСЗ, Заказчик имеет право:
-При наличии экономической целесообразности, заключить договор с единственным участником закупки – Акционерное общество «Государственный научный центр Российской Федерации – Физико-энергетический институт им. А.И. Лейпунского» на условиях, указанных в заявке Участника;
-Провести повторную закупку. При проведении повторной закупки заказчик проводит анализ условий закупки и требований, и корректирует их (при необходимости), а также вносит соответствующие корректировки в ГПЗ;
-Отказаться от заключения договора по основаниям, указанным в п. 4 ст.6.2.2. главы 6 ЕОСЗ.
