Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The calculation is made with a delay of no more than 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) the act of acceptance of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
b) invoices,
c) the conclusion of an industrial safety examination,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the Contractor is a small and medium-sized business entity:
The payment for the Services rendered is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of acceptance of the Services Rendered signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account or by other means agreed by the parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
