In accordance with Part 3 "Draft Agreement".
The form and all the terms of the draft agreement (Part 3 "Draft Agreement" of Volume 1 of procurement documentation) are mandatory. Counter proposals of participants on the draft agreement are not allowed.
At the same time, proposals on the wording of the terms of the contract aimed at correcting grammatical and technical errors, if any are identified by the participant in the draft contract (Part 3 "Draft contract" of Volume 1 of procurement documentation), are not considered counter-proposals.
Delivery terms:
In accordance with Volume 2 "Technical Part" of the documentation for the request for proposals.
ZATO Sarov is a closed administrative-territorial entity of the Rosatom GC system, the legal status of which is established by Federal Law No. 3297-1 of July 14, 1992 "On the closed administrative-territorial entity".
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11.06.1996 No. 693 approved the Provision on the provision of a special regime in a closed administrative and territorial unit, on whose territory the facilities of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy are located.
On the territory of ZATO Sarov, a special regime of safe operation of enterprises (organizations) is established, which provides for restrictions on the entry of citizens into its territory.
To enter the Closed City of Sarov you must have a pass. The contractor is independently obliged to timely prepare the documents for entry into the city in accordance with the established rules .. At the same time, the terms of performance of work under the contract are not shifted by the period for issuing an entry permit.
