The Customer pays for the services upon the provision of services within _____30_____ days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of services rendered at the stage, provided that the Contractor provides the originals of payment documents (invoices, invoices), as well as documents provided for in the Task (Appendix 1) or from the day the Contractor is notified of the offset of the counter homogeneous claims.
If the Customer accrues to the Contractor a forfeit (fine, penalty) and (or) presentation of a claim for damages / losses, the Customer sends the Contractor a claim, which must indicate information on the obligations actually performed under the Agreement; the amount of the penalty (fine, penalty) or damage / loss; Amount payable.
The Customer has the right to set off counterclaims of homogeneous claims by notifying the Contractor in writing, and pay for the delivered goods minus the corresponding amount of the forfeit (fine, penalty) and (or) damage / loss.
