Payment terms:
Advance payment in the amount of 30% (Thirty percent) of the amount specified in clause 3.2 of the Agreement shall be paid by the Buyer no later than 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date the Supplier provides the full amount of the originals of the following documents:
- invoice for payment on advance;
- ensuring the fulfillment of obligations to return the advance payment in accordance with article 10 of the Agreement.
The Supplier is obliged to provide the Buyer, in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, within 5 (Five) calendar days counting from the date of receipt of the Advance payment, an invoice in the amount of the Advance payment received.
Not earlier than 45 (Forty five) calendar days and not later than 75 (Seventy five) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Equipment Acceptance Certificate (Appendix No. 6 to the Agreement), the Waybill (TORG-12) provided that the originals of the following documents: invoices, invoices, TTN, the Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost of the equipment delivered and accepted by the Buyer minus the amount of the Advance paid.
If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the features of participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", then the term pay for the goods as follows: "Within 15 (Fifteen) business days."
