The Landlord must appoint a person responsible for liaising with the Tenant, leasing and accepting equipment from the lease.
The Lessor is responsible for the compliance of the equipment with the requirements and its safety when used (applied) in accordance with the rules for operating the equipment. Equipment manufactured in 2016 is used and should not be in operation before. The equipment must be supplied by the Lessor as a complete set and must be operated without additional modifications and corrections.
