Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Mandatory conditions for Bidders:

The term of work is not more than 60 calendar days
The guarantee for the completed works is 12 months from the date of signing the Act of acceptance and transfer of the completed works to the Customer
Payment terms - post-payment on the 60th calendar day.
The cost of the work should take into account all the contractor's expenses related to the execution of the work, including storage and procurement costs
The prices should take into account the horizontal movement of materials, equipment on the territory of the facility, to storage sites, as well as the cost of delivery to the facility and to storage sites, cleaning of work sites after installation, garbage collection.
Availability of documents: SRO, licenses.
The presence of experience in performing SMR similar to the object specified in this Assignment.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
