the trading procedure will be carried out in 3 stages:
Stage 1. Pre-qualification selection.
Includes:
1. Request for technical proposals + filled questionnaire
2. Company Qualification Check
3. Inspection of the technical solution taking into account parameters in the technical task
4. Security Services Audit
The Stage 2. Price request-Offers in electronic form on the ETP B2B taking into account the results of stage 1.
Stage 3. The internal/correspondence meeting of the Purchasing commission of JSC "PNTK" with/without invitation of participants, which will undergo audit of security service and qualification audit of the customer.
5. Signature of the Model contract form (annex 3)
