1. Commercial offer in the form attached to the tender.
On the ETP and in the commercial proposal, the amount of the cost of services for each type of transport is submitted for 1 unit (the figure for the TOTAL amount of the cost of services is an appendix to the TK), WITHOUT taking into account the cost of spare parts. The prices for spare parts should be registered in a separate table. Only original spare parts!
If the prices for services and spare parts for each type of vehicle are different, then the commercial proposal must be separately for each type of transport with filled in annexes on the cost of services and the cost of spare parts for each type of transport.
In the TK, the number of vehicles is provided for information.
2. For companies that do not have experience in working with the Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the agreement of the Rusagro Group of Companies without making any changes. A sample form template is attached to the tender.
