Payment terms:not earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of signing by the authorized representatives of both Parties of the Consignment Note in the form No. TORG-12, approved by the Decree of the Goskomstat of the Russian Federation No. 132 of 12/25/1998 and the act of receiving and transmitting a set of documents for the goods specified in the Specification , on the basis of the relevant invoice issued by the Supplier (Invoice) and no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days, settles for the Goods actually delivered by the Supplier
