Payment terms:the payment for the delivered product is made by the buyer in the following order:-buyer makes prepayment of 20% (twenty per cent) for 20 (twenty) working days after the signing of the contract, based on a vendor account.-final payment in the amount of 80% (eighty percent) for 20 (twenty) working days after delivery of all goods, merchandise invoice signed by the parties, subject to the availability of invoice or universal gear document (UPD) based on the account of the provider.
Delivery terms:the delivery of all goods is carried out at the buyer's address with a duly executed documents for a period of 30 (thirty) working days from the moment of signing by the parties to the Treaty. Delivery time is an essential condition of the contract. The supplier undertakes to deliver the goods to the buyer the full set, the corresponding characteristics and related documents.
