Payment terms:
The price shall be fixed for the entire contract duration period, until 31.12.2020.
The payment for the supplied products shall be made:
Within 60-90 days from signing of the Acceptance Certificate, upon performance of comissioning works.
Delivery terms:
Considered will be the offers meeting the following requirements:
1. Delivery proce shall be fixed for the entire contract duration period.
2. A submitted offer shall contain a contract signed by the bidder without any disagreements stated.
3. The Supplier shall undergo all the required customs procedures in compliance with the current legislation on its own and at its own expense (if applicable).
4. The Supplier shall deliver the supplied products to the Buyer's destination at the following address: Russian Federation, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Noyabrsk, industrial area, panel 6.
5. The Supplier shall perform installation and commissioning.
6. The Supplier shall provide the following documents:
- application permission (mandatory);
- conformity certificate;
- quality certificate (if applicable);
- technical documentation necessary for product application (passport, user manual)
- warranty confirmation, service book;
- customs clearance documents (if applicable)
In case foreign-manufactured equipment is offered for supply, the Supplier shall arrange translation of the technical documents into Russian at its own expense.
Requirements to the accompanying documents
The Supplier shall provide the documents package in Russian.
• User manual (in Russian);
• User manual. Electrical fixtures
• Passport of the machine
• Service book
• Disk/USB containing the software
• Documentation for CNC system and drivers (Fanuc)
Delivery and installation
1. The Supplier shall supply the СТС lathe to the Buyer's destination at the following address: Russian Federation, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Noyabrsk, industrial area, panel 6.
2. The Supplier shall perform installation and commissioning.
Supplier's guarantees
1. The Supplier shall guarantee the quality of the materials used in product manufacturing, the quality of each product unit and product completeness.
2. Warranty period and warranty terms shall be determined by the documents issued by the manufacturer. The Supplier shall set a minimum warranty period for the supplied products - 12 months from delivery date.
3. In case any defects are discovered in the product during the warranty period, the Buyer shall notify the Supplier thereof in writing. The Supplier shall have the right to send its authorized representative at its own expense to check the product's non-conformity with the contract terms within 5 business days from the date of the Buyer's notification. In case no Supplier's representative comes to check the product within the specified time limit, a unilateral fault statement drawn by the Buyer (Consignee) shall be a sufficient corroboration of product's non-conformity with the terms of this contract.
4. In case product non-conformity with the contract terms is discovered during the warranty period, the Supplier shall rectify the detected defects or replace the defected product (as chosen by the Buyer) at its own expense within 20 calendar days from receipt of the fault certificate.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Be sure to attach all the required documents, sealed with the company seal and signed by an authorized signatory, to a bid (before bids opening). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Supplier's proposal shall be valid for 6 months at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. The pricing policy shall be fixed for the entire delivery period.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability towards the bidders.
Venue of bidding:
