Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Delivery terms:in equal batches during the 1st half of 2022 at the request of Agroeco, taking into account the supply of goods and material resources by and at the expense of the Supplier. 1. This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is a request for commercial proposals, does not constitute an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 (1) and 1057-1061 h . 2 GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without giving any reason whatsoever, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
2. The quotation must be uploaded and the documentation will be reviewed.
3. The participant must submit an offer specifying the commercial conditions (price per lot incl. VAT, payment procedure, delivery date), full package of documents (see constituent documents for legal entities).
4. Organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant does not complying with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
5. The winner of the bidding is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, agreement with payment terms, availability/absence of advance payment, delivery date, accreditation security service).

Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out electronically on the B2B-Center group ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
