Bids submission deadline

Payment of the Goods shall be made by non-cash payment based on invoices submitted by the Supplier on 100% of the price of the Goods delivered and shall be paid within 45 (Forty-five) working days after signing by the Parties of the goods invoice in the form of TRAD-12, providing invoice — invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (not provided if The supplier is not a VAT payer or is exempt from the duties of the taxpayer). In case of the Vendor's use of a universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as OIA), the OIA is provided in 3 (Three) copies, one for the Vendor, two for the Buyer.
