Payment terms:The Buyer pays 100% of the cost of the Goods within 45 (forty five) days from the date of delivery of the Goods / each batch of the Goods, subject to the positive results of passing the Buyer's Incoming Control (VK) procedure (passing the VK without comment) and providing the Buyer with the originals drawn up in accordance with the terms of the contract and the current legislation of the invoice, waybill (TORG-12 in the form approved by the Decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia No. 132 of 12/25/1998), the waybill.
The Incoming inspection procedure is carried out within a period not exceeding 20 (Twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods. The incoming control procedure is carried out upon delivery of the Goods by the manufacturer - according to certificate data, in other cases - by testing for full compliance of the delivered Goods with the requirements of the regulatory and technological documentation for delivery according to the methods and testing programs of the Buyer using certified testing equipment.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
