Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:6.1 The value of the goods shall be determined on the basis of the prices specified in the participant's commercial offer, recognized by the winner on the basis of this procurement procedure and signed the relevant contract with the customer.
6.2 Payment for the goods is made in rubles at the rate of the central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment within 10 (ten) business days on the basis of the invoice issued by the seller after the seller and buyer signed the consignment note.
6.3 The buyer's obligation to pay for the goods shall be considered executed from the moment of debiting the funds from the buyer's current account.
Delivery terms:Delivery no later than 6 weeks from the date of signing the contract
Delivery, and also loading/unloading of the goods is carried out by forces, means and at the expense of the supplier.
Only a new item is required. The delivery of the used goods is not allowed.
