| Payment terms: | Payment for all services actually provided by the Contractor by the Customer is carried out within 45 (forty five) calendar days, but not earlier than 25 (twenty fifth) business days (for SMEs - within 30 calendar days), after the signing of the Act on the provision of services by both Parties and receipt by the Customer of the original invoice, duly executed. |
