Delivery Requirements
1. Equipment and its elements must be new, not previously used and not restored.
2. The procedure, terms and conditions for the exchange of low-quality products in accordance with the terms of the attached contract
3. The cost of equipment should include delivery and commissioning.

Requirements for supporting documentation
The supplier provides a package of technical documentation, which should contain:
Documents provided at the time of delivery:
• DS TR TS (declaration of conformity of those. Vehicle Regulations)
• certificate of the chamber of commerce and industry indicating the country of production, customs declaration (state customs declaration) with the mark of the customs authority release is allowed indicating the name of the goods, according to the supplied goods,
• Methodology for conducting primary (periodic) certification
• document on primary certification (calibration),
• Instructions in Russian and English. The instruction should contain circuit diagrams of the electrical part - water and air parts. Dismantling-assembly diagrams of the cell, indicating spare parts numbers
• passport,
• authorization letter from the manufacturer,
• manufacturer's calibration certificate.
These documents are provided at the time of delivery.
Documents provided at the time of submission of the price offer:
• GTD, DS TR TS,
• instructions in Russian and English,
• Methodology for conducting primary (periodic) certification
• passport,
• authorization letter from the manufacturer,
• calibration certificate for previous deliveries of equipment offered in KP.
Supplier Warranties
1. The supplier provides a guarantee for the supplied equipment for a period of at least the warranty period of the manufacturer of this equipment (but not less than 12 months from the date of commissioning).
2. The supplier guarantees gratuitous elimination in the shortest, technically possible time period of defects that arose through his fault and discovered during the warranty period, as well as the replacement of parts that fail during this period.

2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
