Payment terms:Payment for the delivered Goods is carried out within 60-90 calendar days from the Date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier.
Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.
The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law. The Supplier makes customs payments at his own expense.
Delivery terms:A hydraulic compression tester with a smooth and gradual increase in force and equipped with a system for measuring the applied force with a maximum tolerance of ± 2%.
Climatic operating conditions - 3rd category (from -40 ° C to + 40 ° C).
Equipment:
- Hydraulic press, 1 pc.
- cell for crushing proppants, 1 pc.
Warranty obligations:
The warranty period for the assembled product is 24 (twenty four) months.
The delivered product is a 2020 release, technically sound, without refurbishment and defects, manufactured in accordance with state standards and parameters established for this equipment.
The quality of the supplied equipment complies with the established standards and is confirmed by the necessary documents (certificate (declaration) of conformity of the manufacturer or a document replacing it, passport, certificate of verification / calibration of equipment).
Required delivery time: from 3-60 calendar days
Delivery basis: the consignee's warehouse, only if the Supplier is located in the territory of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug or Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug regions, pickup is possible
The demand indicated in the lot is firm.
Upon delivery, the Supplier provides the following documents:
permission to use the Goods on the territory of the Russian Federation, a declaration of conformity with the CU TR;
technical documentation required for the use of the Goods; (passport, operating instructions if applicable)
a document confirming the warranty obligations for the Goods;
documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary).

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form all the necessary documents simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 6 months
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. The pricing mechanism must be consistent throughout the delivery period.

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
