Comments:
In this tender, the Miratorg Agricultural Complex will take into account the prices of participants without VAT! But the deliveries will be with actual VAT.

The price fixed according to the results of the tender remains unchanged in the period 15.08.23 – 31.03.24. The price must be provided in Rubles of the Russian Federation without VAT, without reference to exchange rates.

Participants may not refuse to supply items for which they have been given proposals within the framework of the tender or raise the price after submitting an offer. In case of delivery failure or an attempt to increase the price, participants will be included in the "black list" of companies.

We are ready to consider analogues only if they are of high quality. A description of the analogue in Russian with a photo must be attached to the tender documentation.

The shelf life of the drugs supplied to the Miratorg APH must be at least 75% of the total shelf life (factory shelf life) at the time of delivery to the Miratorg APH warehouse.

PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE UNITS OF MEASUREMENT. PRICES MUST BE INDICATED CORRECTLY FOR EACH UNIT OF MEASUREMENT.
