Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

3. Confirmation of full compliance of products with the Terms of Reference
4. Contractual Counterparty's consent to the signing of the standard form of contracts of JSC "Tander" and JSC "Dixy Yug" (in the attachment)
5. Specify the address of the Bidder's warehouse for pick-up (Call for Bidding for JSC "Tander")
6. Mandatory presence of markings, WK on the pallet and on each piece of equipment
7. Mandatory availability of boxed packaging, pallet packaging
8. Price confirmation when dividing the volume between several Bidders
9. Lot No. 1. Fixing the price until 12/31/2024
10. Lot No. 2. Fixing the price until 30.06.2024
11. Contact person on the part of the participant (full name, phone, email)

Other requirements:
Required! When submitting an offer, it is mandatory to have completed Technical and Commercial Proposal templates with the technical characteristics of the proposed equipment and working drawings for each LOT

Without providing a completed Technical Specification Template, your Commercial Proposal will not be considered.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
