The goods are subject to mandatory packing (packaging). The container (packaging) in which the Goods are delivered is disposable, remains at the disposal of the Buyer and is not subject to return to the Supplier.
The packaging of the delivered Goods must ensure the safety of the Goods during transportation by any type of transport, loading / unloading and further storage during the entire service life (warranty, shelf life) and comply with the requirements of GOST, FRAMEWORK, other regulatory documentation and safety.
The product is subject to labeling in accordance with the requirements of the standards. In the case when the Goods are transferred without packaging (packaging), or in improper packaging (packaging), the Buyer has the right to demand from the Supplier to replace the Goods, or to replace the improper packaging (packaging).
Partial delivery of the goods is possible by agreement. Delivery must be included in the final cost. Implementation of delivery by and at the expense of the supplier.
