Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for choosing a Supplier as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to select several winners, dividing the lot at its discretion and without explanation among several potential suppliers-Bidders of the competitive procedure.
3. The standard contract is sent for signature to the Winner(s) determined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is conducted by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the electronic trading platform B2B-center.
4. The Organizer sends the template of the model contract to interested potential suppliers upon additional request
5. The Bidder of this procedure sends a Commercial Offer on the official letterhead of the organization.
6. An organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the Bid Notice may be rejected by the Organizer without explanation and recognized as this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, does not comply with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
