and declared the call for bids void.
Обоснование: В связи с тем, что на этапе рассмотрения и оценки предложений участников закупки ошибочно был допущен к участию в данном этапе ООО «Импортвак», так как его ценовое предложение составляет 2 424 000,00 руб. (в том числе НДС - 20%), тем самым превышая начальную максимальную цену договора (цену лота), установленную в документации 1 959 277,16 руб. (в том числе НДС - 20%), было принято решение отменить итоговый протокол и пересмотреть результаты запроса предложений №3394890.
Признать процедуру запроса предложений №3394890 на поставку паллетоупаковщика с ситемой взвешивания в количестве 4 шт. несостоявшейся, в связи с тем, что по результатам ее проведения отклонены все заявки на участие в закупке.
