Payment terms:
1) If the participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment of goods is made by the buyer with deferred payment not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of goods, provided the supplier of the invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the Russian tax code, by Transfer of funds to the account of the supplier, as well as may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the participant does not belong to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment of goods is made by the buyer with deferred payment of not less than 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of goods, provided the supplier issued in accordance with the requirements of the Russian tax code invoices, by transferring funds to the account of the supplier, and may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
The products must be marked and packaged in a package that ensures the safety of the products during transportation and storage, according to Gost, Tu, OST.
Packaging is not refundable.
Delivery is carried out by means of shipment of products by motor transport by forces and at the expense of the supplier to warehouse of consignee (153042, Ivanovo, District CHP-3, IVCHP-3).
