Prices are submitted without reference to currency rates, taking into account all taxes and fees, as well as transport and overhead costs.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: indicated by the participant in the application.
The delivered goods must be packed in containers and marked in accordance with the State Standards (GOST), requirements of the TU, ensuring the integrity and safety of the goods in transit and during its storage. It is allowed to transport parts of goods in the manufacturer's packaging. The marking must be applied to the packaging of the goods and include information about the details of the contract, the supplier, the customer, and the specified information is certified by the seal of the supplier. In case the supplied goods consist of several places, the marking shall also contain information on the number of seats in the set and the number of the place.

Each participant must submit a completed questionnaire of the participant both electronically in the "Doc" format and the scanned version with signature and stamp.

The full package of documents specified in the participant's questionnaire is also provided.
From the provision of the full package of documents are exempt participants who in the period of up to 6 months concluded a contract for delivery to our address of any products, except for the following items of the participant's questionnaire:
- № № 7, 16, 17-Available for all types of procedures;
- № 15-is provided for procedures related to construction and other works, which are included in SRO;
- № 20-for procedures with a value of 1 mln. Rub. And above.
Check of counterparties is carried out once in 6 months, if the last check of the participant was later than 6 months, the complete package of documents is also requested from the winner of the procedure.
At cost of procedures more than 5 mln. Rub. The complete package of documents is provided independently from the latest deliveries of products and checks of counterparties.
In the commercial offer the name of the goods is indicated by the supplier's account according to the shipping documents.
The participant's questionnaire and other documentation are in the purchase documentation.
It is obligatory to have an agreement with our editorial of a typical delivery contract in the form of an official letter.
The delivered goods should be new (the goods which have not been in use, in repair, including, which has not been restored, at which the replacement of constituent parts has not been carried out, the consumer properties have not been restored), to have the genuine and Legal origin, not to have defects related to construction, materials or operation.
Delivery of goods removed from preservation (long-term storage), and also used, having external damages, traces of use is not allowed.
