Early accounting of a bill - discount at the rate of 9.00% per annum.
The rates shown are valid from 01.01.2020 and are subject to change due to market conditions.
In case of disagreement, the Participant must indicate the proposed payment terms.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - PROVISION OF A BUSINESS OFFER IN THE OFFICIAL LETTER FORM, certified by the signature, seal of the organization.
Your offer must contain the following information:
1. Name and characteristics of the goods proposed for delivery
Mandatory to provide: Certificates of conformity of Rostekhnadzor, compliance with GOST R, the customs union, Product passports, Operating and repair instructions in Russian, picking lists, packing lists.
2. The commercial part, namely the price in rubles without VAT (indicating the VAT rate).
The price should be indicated per unit without VAT, taking into account the transportation costs of the warehouse of JSC RUSAL Achinsk at the address: Krasnoyarsk Territory, city of Achinsk, South Industrial Zone, quarter XII, buildings I.

Comments: SELECTION OF THE MOST PROFITABLE PROPOSAL FOR JSC RUSAL ACHINSK IS CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EVALUATION OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
1. The minimum price.
2. Delivery time until 05/30/2020
3. The products are delivered in packaging that guarantees their safety during transportation, transshipment and unloading by means of mechanization and manually.
4. Equipment must be new, not used. Year of manufacture / manufacture not earlier than 2019
5. The cost of production includes delivery to a warehouse (in Achinsk);
6. Manufacturers and their dealers having successful experience in the production and supply of ventilation, dust-collecting equipment and components for this equipment are considered suppliers.
7. Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery by a bill of RUSAL Achinsk JSC.
8. Warranty for the goods (12 months, but not less than the warranty period established by the manufacturer of the goods).
9. Delivery under the contract as amended and on the terms of JSC RUSAL Achinsk (the form of the contract can be provided to the selection participant upon request.
10. For violation of the delivery time, the Customer is entitled to present a penalty to the Supplier in the amount of 0.1% of the amount of the cost of the goods not delivered for each day of delay, but not more than 10% of the total cost of the Agreement, in case of violation of the terms of work, the Customer may also refuse to accept execution and claim damages.
11. If necessary, JSC RUSAL Achinsk can conduct a technical audit.

RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right, in order to determine the most advantageous offer and ensure equal competitive conditions for all participants in the Selection, to carry out activities aimed at reducing the price specified in the proposal, including (but not limited to) sending a message about the minimum the price of the goods proposed by the supplier (without specifying the selection participant who offered the given price) and suggesting to all selection participants to adjust and improve the conditions of previously made commercial offers, including by reducing the prices of goods. A change in a commercial offer must be executed in the form of a new commercial offer (offer) on the above conditions.
RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- the terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the selection participant has negative experience working with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
If your offer is deemed to be the most profitable, RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right to conclude a contract with your organization, including by accepting a submitted offer (offer) within the time period set for its acceptance.
The information provided by you for participation in the Selection is not communicated to persons unrelated to the Selection, as well as to other participants in the Selection, except for the announcement of the minimum price.
If your organization is recognized as the winner according to the results of this selection, an accreditation procedure is required to conclude a supply agreement. The list of documents required for the accreditation of the Supplier is presented in the procurement documentation. If your organization refuses to submit documents for the Accreditation procedure (in whole or in part), please send a written notice to us.
