Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

It is necessary to provide test samples for a period of up to 13.06.2023 at the address: Moscow, Yakimanskaya nab., 2.

The Contract is concluded for a period of 1 (One) year and comes into force from the moment of its signing by the Parties. The participant of the request for proposals undertakes to maintain the fixation of the proposed prices for 1 (one) calendar year, during the validity period of the Contract.
Fixing the proposed prices for equipment is duplicated for its contractors for 1 (one) calendar year.
