Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The price of the Goods is set in rubles of the Russian Federation, including VAT-20%.
Payment for the Goods is made within 45 calendar days after the signing of the Act of acceptance and transfer of the goods.
Delivery terms:4.1. The delivery time of laptops is no later than 02.02.2023 at the address: Moscow. Yakimanskaya embankment, house 2, floor 3.
4.2. The Supplier must deliver the Goods to the Customer in the manufacturer's packaging with the necessary markings. The packaging of the Goods must ensure the safety of the Goods from damage or corrosion during multimodal transportation, taking into account several overloads in transit.
4.3. If the Customer discovers a discrepancy in the quality and completeness of the Goods, the Supplier undertakes to replace the Goods with defects with a new Product of proper quality, completeness within the time agreed by the Parties.

Comments:
The purpose of the purchase is to provide Winlab employees with laptops.
The quality of the delivered Goods must comply with the manufacturer's standards and the requirements of the certifying authorities of the Russian Federation.
Warranty and post-warranty service is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier.
The warranty period of the Goods is 12 (Twelve) months from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Customer, unless another period is set by the manufacturer.
Warranty service of the Goods is carried out by authorized service centers of the manufacturer.
The supplier provides replacement of the Goods recognized as goods of inadequate quality.
All costs of transportation of equipment for warranty repair/replacement are carried out at the expense of the Supplier.
For the period of warranty repair, the Supplier provides the Customer with a similar product (HP, a replacement computer of the appropriate configuration) free of charge for temporary use within 1 day from the date of receipt of the application for warranty replacement.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
