If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:If the amount of advance payments exceeds 1,000,000 rubles, the supplier must provide a bank guarantee for the refund of advance payments from the top-10 bank according to the rating https://www.banki.ru/banks/ratings / (excluding NCC). Recommendation of Rusagro Group of Companies: 100% postponement of payment within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
