Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferred payment for 30 calendar days. All prices must be indicated including VAT-20% and delivery. It is obligatory to have positive accreditation in PJSC "PIK SZ".
Delivery terms:The conclusion of the Agreement on Electronic Document Management (EDM) with the Customer is a prerequisite for concluding an agreement with the Winner of the Tender.
Delivery by road to construction sites according to the list of addresses specified in the terms of reference).
All prices must be indicated including VAT-20% and delivery.
In the event that you do not agree to sign the standard form of the contract, you must upload the protocol of disagreements.
The customer has the right to check the material for compliance. In case of deviations, all associated costs of return, replacement, incl. transport and handling costs are borne by the supplier.
It is obligatory to have positive accreditation in PJSC "PIK SZ".
