The requirements established by the customer for the quality, technical characteristics of goods, work, services, their safety, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, dimensions, packaging, shipment of goods, the results of work and other requirements related to determining the compliance of the delivered goods, the work performed, the service provided to the customer's needs:
The materials supplied must comply with the specified GOST, TU, OTT.
6. Requirements for procurement participants:
Absence of unfair suppliers in the register. Absence of tax and duty arrears for the reporting period. Absence of liquidation, bankruptcy, suspension of activities.
7. The list of required licenses, certificates, permits for the right to manufacture works:Certificates of Conformity, quality certificates for metal structures, certificates for materials used.
8. Special conditions for the supply of goods, works, services:
8.1. Development of a set of drawings (KMD),
8.2. The final weight of metal structures can be changed after the development of KMD drawings and their approval by the Customer,
8.3. Preparation for painting metal structures is carried out according to RD-23.040.00-KTN-088-14 to clean the surface of the protected metal structures to 3 degrees of purification, according to GOST 9.402-2004.
8.4. Metal structures are painted according to the design documentation.
The colors are selected according to the guidance document RD-01.075.00-KTN-052-11.
Protect metal structures and welds with a paint and varnish coating system consisting of a zinc-containing epoxy TSINEP primer in one layer of 80md., coating layer POLYTON UR- coating thickness 80 md. , POLYTON UR (UV) coating layer - coating thickness 80 μr. The total thickness of the coating is not less than 240 md.
All metal structures are painted in RAL7000 with the exception of the following metal structures:
- pos. 6.1-color solution details item 2 (sheet 5x160x160-6pcs.) according to RAL7040;
- item 8.1-fences for service areas and stair railings (except flanging strip) are painted yellow (RAL1023), structural elements flanging strip of service platforms H = 150 mm, service platforms, crossings are painted grey (RAL7000).
- pos. 9- primed with a zinc-containing epoxy primer TSINEP in a single layer of 80md., then the coating layer POLYTON UR- coating thickness is 80 md. The total thickness is not less than 160 microns.

8.5. Metal structures under item 8.1 require control assembly, with the subsequent signing of the relevant acts if necessary.
The Supplier presents the results of the control assembly of the product to the Buyer in the form of a photo report or during the presence of the Buyer's authorized representative
8.6. Pos. 1.12.1-1.12.5, pos. 2.13.1-2.13.5, g.4.0000.20081-TNV/GTP-500.000-AS (sheet 15, 16, 23):
- KR-1 frame — specify the fixing distance to the beam from the Customer, because the beam is of different caliber;
- The corner 50x50x5- shall be delivered to the Customer with a multiple length of the factory (12m.), painted in RAL7000, pos. 1.12.6., item 2.13.6. ;
- supply profiled sheet 1300mm in length to the Customer painted in RAL5005, pos. 1.12.7., item 2.13.7. ;
- roofing screws - supply to the Customer painted in RAL5005, item 1.12.9. , item 2.13.9. ;
- supply galvanized steel strip for the frame ridge KR-1 to the Customer painted in RAL5005, dimensions 0.8х400х2000, bent at an angle of 40°, the width of each shelf from the bend 200 mm, item 1.12.8, pos. 2.13.8,
8.7. Pos. 9, G.4.0000.21015-TNV/OGTP-500.000-AS (sheet 2): Unit 2 should be manufactured separately from the instrument fixing rack with an internal size of 210х210, because the elevation of the upper generatrix of the earth during installation may change,
8.8. Pos. 8.1, G.4.0000.20081-TNV/GTP-500.000-L.OL26- to provide:
- the length of the ladder is 2.5 m, the width of the ladder is 800 mm;
- 63х63х5 corner going to the struts - to supply the Customer with a separate length of 12 m/n in the amount of 3 pcs. ,
- provide grating with anti-skid tooth C4, with a protective zinc coating, applied hot in accordance with GOST 9.307 processing;
- the steps of the stairs provide L = 800mm, width 250 mm. with an anti-skid tooth, with stamped anti-skid holes, with a protective zinc coating applied hot in accordance with GOST 9.307 processing.

The supplier submits, no later than the 5th day of the month following the reporting month:
- invoice for the paid MTP,
- invoice for the supplied MTP,
- TORG-12 consignment note for the supplied MTP.
