Comments: The procedure is two-stage:
stage 1 – prequalification, stage 2 - request for commercial proposals.
Participants are required to fill in and upload:
1. Application for participation in the tender, indicating the ID-number of the questionnaire. The form "Applications for participation in the tender" is available in the procurement documentation.
2. An up-to-date extract from the register of SRO members (the validity period of the SRO is 30 days).
To get the ID number of the qualification questionnaire (required when filling out the Application for participation), you need to download the questionnaire through the website of Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC. Instructions for filling out the questionnaire are available in the procurement documentation.
Please note that the documents:
1. They must be drawn up strictly according to the established forms, filled in in full (including "YES" marks in the questionnaire on sheets 5-7 "specialization", according to the company's activities and subject to experience in performing these types of work),
2. Signed by the head and certified with the seal of the organization.
The data uploaded by you is the basis for making a decision on the admission of the organization to the tender.
The contractor must confirm its readiness to conclude a contract in accordance with the form approved by Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC, including,
1) Willingness to open a current account in the bank of Gazprombank JSC for conducting 100% settlements under the contract through it;
2) Targeted use of funds received as advances under the Contract,
3) Readiness to ensure inclusion in subcontracting agreements and all other agreements that we will conclude for the execution of the contract on the subject of this tender with third parties, the obligations of such persons to open a settlement account (Separate account) with Gazprombank Bank (JSC);
4) Willingness to make settlements under these agreements through such accounts, except in cases established by Gazprombank (JSC).
Those participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure.
This prequalification is not a notice of bidding and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This prequalification is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of Participants' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection
Place of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru ). The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
