Положения о закупке товаров, работ и услуг для нужд АО "Чеченэнерго" (протокол заседания Совета Директоров от 30.12.2015 № 87) запрос цен признается несостоявшимся. На основании п. 7.5.6. Положения о закупке для нужд АО "Чеченэнерго" (протокол заседания Совета Директоров от 30.12.2015 № 87) Департаменту материально-технического обеспечения и логистики вынести вопрос о заключении договора с ООО СК "ЭнергоПрогресс" на заседание Центрального закупочного органа АО "Чеченэнерго"
