- a copy of the document (order, minutes of the meeting of founders, etc.) confirming the authority of the person who signed the Offer, certified by the signature of the head and the seal of the organization, if the Offer signed by proxy, the original or certified copy of the power of attorney is provided;
- copies of the balance sheet and profit and loss statement (forms № 1, 2) for one previous year and the completed reporting period of the current year with a note on submission of statements to the Federal Tax Service the Russian Federation (FTS of the Russian Federation);
- a copy of the notice on the possibility of applying the simplified taxation system in case the Applicant applies the Federal Tax Service;
- copies of valid licenses for the right to carry out activities corresponding to the subject of the request for proposals (if, in accordance with the current legislation, this type of activity is subject to licensing); necessary certificates for the goods; permits of the relevant supervisory authorities (if necessary), certificates of admission to the necessary types of work, certified by a signature head and seal of the organization; $
- certificate of execution of contracts similar in nature and volume for the last year, customer feedback (if any);
- other documents which, in the opinion of the Applicant, confirm his compliance with the requirements, with relevant comments explaining the purpose of the submission of these documents;
- if, for any reason, the Applicant is unable to provide the required document, he shall attach an arbitrary statement explaining the reason for the absence of the required document, $ as well as containing representations to the Organizer in accordance with the Applicant to this requirement.
