Payment terms:Payment under this Agreement is made by the Buyer by wire transfer by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within at least 30 (thirty) calendar days after the actual receipt of the Goods at the Buyer's (Consignee's) warehouse with the attachment of the original invoice, invoice, consignment notes issued by the Supplier.
Delivery terms:from the moment of conclusion until March 31, 2024.
Delivery of diesel fuel is carried out in separate batches by a tanker during the term of the contract 1-2 times a week at the bid of the Buyer to the address of the consignee.
Delivery of Goods: carried out by the winner's transport by prior bid, within the time limits specified in the bid, delivery is included in the price of the Goods.
