Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
An application for participation in the trading procedure for the electronic trading platform of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) must be submitted with an indication of the rate in rubles, while, without fail, attaching a quotation in the form of Appendix 1.
The offer form is given in Appendices 1.2 to this commercial request. Applications submitted to B2B-Center e-marketplace with no commercial proposal attached (in the form of Attachment 1), will not be considered.
The composition of the documents for the application to the application on the trading floor:
1. A completed commercial proposal (Appendix 1) in the form of the Customer, certified by the signature of an authorized person;
2. A set of constituent documentation with the mandatory attachment of the balance sheet (form 1, form 2) with a note by the Federal Tax Service on receipt;
3. Reference lists in the form of tenderers with the first and last pages of the main contracts attached.

This notice is for informational purposes only, under no circumstances, conditions can not be considered as an offer, a public offer or an offer to participate in the auction and does not have the corresponding legal consequences affecting the emergence, amendment or termination of civil rights and obligations.
ChTPZ PJSC has the right to refuse any of the proposals and messages received in response to this notification (proposal) at any time without indicating the reasons for the refusal.
