Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of the goods by the buyer shall be made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. In accordance with the Federal law of 29.12.2012 No. 275-ФЗ "about the State Defense order" the provider must open a bank account in the Bank for payments under this agreement.
Delivery terms:for March-during the 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. You must supply materials on a monthly basis from March to June. Monthly amount will be agreed separately. The amount in the notice-average demand for 1 month.
