Auto-extension

Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the supplied Product not later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the Products at the Buyer's warehouse. The payment shall be made by the Buyer on the basis of the invoice, tax invoice and TORG-12 consignment note, provided by the Supplier.
Delivery terms:3.1. Delivery of goods shall be carried out to the customer's warehouse at the address: Novorossiysk ul. Portovaya 14.
