Request for proposals is not a bargaining (contest, auction) or public competition in accordance with articles 447 449 of the first part of the Civil code of the Russian Federation and articles 1057 1061 of Part two of the Civil code of the Russian Federation, and Does not impose on the Organizer and the Customer the obligations established by the mentioned articles of the Civil code of the Russian Federation.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to request proposals at any time before the take stock of its results, and the Customer has the right to refuse the obligation to conclude a contract on the results of request.

and selected the winner: "ZAVOD ZhBI-3" AO – (Bidder 3) (Рухляда А.В.) submitting a bid dated of 05.04.2019 10:06 totalling to 2 685 720,00 RUB (price incl. VAT)
Обоснование: в связи с предложением ООО "БАНКЕР ГРУПП" поставки продукции с условием выплаты аванса проведено дисконтирование стоимости заявки в соответствии с р.5 Документации на ОЗП, которая составила 2 736 626,40 руб. с НДС.
С учетом этого результата лучшим заявкой признана заявка АО "Завод ЖБИ-3" с дисконтированной стоимость 2 720 634,36 руб.
