Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse. Consider other payment options.
Delivery terms:The delivery of material values will take place in stages, 5-10 days of each month, but no more than 2 deliveries according to the Buyer's submitted application. The specification fixes the cost per unit of production, but not the volume. The delivery period is up to 10 days from the date of signing the monthly Specification, which specifies the required quantity and nomenclature.
THE MONTHLY PURCHASE AMOUNT is from 150,000 rubles (for all positions). The average monthly demand is indicated in the lot.
THE NUMBER OF DELIVERY STAGES is 1-2 monthly. The address of the place of delivery of the goods: Perm, Promyshlennaya str., 84 (LUKOIL-PNOS territory). All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the cost of the products. In Perm, pickup by the Buyer is possible. The supplier must provide certificates and passports for the products. The products must be new, not earlier than 2022. release.
Analogs are considered, materials must meet the characteristics not lower than those specified in the description.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to conclude a contract for the supply of materials according to the purchase items is carried out to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price. The winner is determined based on the cost, delivery conditions and evaluation criteria. The selection of materials will take place from JANUARY TO JUNE 2023 INCLUSIVE. The list of materials reflected in the lot is for informational purposes and serves to fix prices per unit of production, but is not required for a complete selection of materials for this procurement procedure. In case of an offer of analogues, the supplier provides samples of goods and materials and a full description within 6 working days from the start date of submitting applications. With the Supplier who submitted the best offer for the ENTIRE LOT, subject to all delivery conditions, a specification will be signed fixing the cost per unit of production, but not for volume.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (confirmation in the commercial offer).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
