Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% post-payment based on the original invoices issued in Russian rubles, including 20% VAT, within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the consignment note and receipt by the Buyer from the Supplier of a complete set of original documents;
Delivery terms:delivery and unloading of goods to the workplace in the Bank's divisions, within
-3 working days from the moment of ordering the goods (the address is specified in the application) -point for Moscow and the Moscow Region;
-by agreement, but no more than 15 calendar days for delivery to RO.

Comments:
Testing is mandatory for a number of positions. The list for testing is attached.
For the offer for lots 3 and 4, you can specify the regions in which you are ready to make deliveries, delivery to all regional offices is not a mandatory criterion for choosing a winner.
The quantity of goods and services specified in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents a limit (maximum quantity) that can be selected (or not selected) by the Bank during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of services purchased by the Bank may be reduced by the Bank unilaterally, including after selecting the winner and concluding an agreement with him.
This invitation is not an offer and under no circumstances can be qualified as an invitation to participate in the auction, the procedure of which is regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Bank reserves the right to withdraw from the contract at any time.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
