The buyer, if necessary (changing the volume requirements) has the right to reduce/increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of equipment by 30% (both upward and downward).
Provision of an additional discount in % of the price on the website (in the catalog) for items that are not in the agreed list and for items that are in the list (preferably from 20% or more) (you must specify the discount percentage)
Other requirements and explanations:
In connection with the need for 2023, a tender is being held for the supply of office for the needs of the entire network of JSC "Thunder" and JSC "DIXY Yug" and LLC "Magnit Pharma".
Terms of delivery of the goods: The shipped goods must be packed properly to exclude the possibility of damage.
1. JSC "Thunder" - Delivery by and at the expense of the supplier (according to the address program).
2. JSC "DIXY Yug" - RC - Delivery by and at the expense of the supplier (addresses are indicated in the file attached to the competition). The delivery and shipment of the goods must be in accordance with the prescribed conditions - the file "Requirements for delivery and labeling - Dixie" is attached. A file with a breakdown of the quantity of purchased goods by RC is attached to the tender documentation.
The frequency of rendering services - on request, at least once a quarter.
3. Magnit Pharma LLC - Lot positions 4: 448, 449, 450, 451, 467 - analogues are not accepted. One-time delivery of the entire volume. Delivery by and at the expense of the supplier. Delivery will be carried out in a one-time batch of full volume for each OP of Magnit Pharma LLC to one warehouse at the address: Moscow, Svobody str., 35, p. 12 (delivery schedule working days from 8-00 to 16-00).
Each cargo package must have a label indicating the name and address of the final OP according to the Specification (Annex 08. Application -specification - Magnet Pharma). Each OP must be packed in a separate box.
Orders are placed in multiples of the specified units of measurement. Technical specifications are attached in the attached file (the supplied product must match them). We consider similar models, in compliance with technical specifications, in coordination with the customer.
Orders for JSC "Thunder" and JSC "DIXY South" are placed according to the needs of the buyer, in batches during the period of cooperation.
Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.
