| Условия оплаты: | 1. The cost must be indicated in the following currencies, excluding VAT, and include all other taxes and fees, customs duties, insurance, transportation costs, installation and coordination work, and other mandatory and possible payments related to the fulfillment of this task, on the basis of delivery of RC X5, or dealer shipping sites in the Moscow region:
Ø by Positions No. 3 in Russian Rubles.
1.1. The cost in the contract will be fixed until the parties fulfill their obligations to deliver and pay the entire number of vehicles.
1.2. Payment method - non-cash form of payment. The cost is recalculated in Russian rubles (Position No. 3) for each shipment of goods delivered.
6. Funds recipient can be only the person being a counterparty under the concluded contract.
7. Payment term - 100% postpayment, according to the schedule of payments under the contract, the first payment within 45 calendar days from the date of transfer of the batch of cars to the Customer, together with correctly executed originals of accounting documents (invoices, acts, invoices, other necessary documents) and documents for car (certificate of registration for a car, etc.)
8. The date on which the Customer fulfills its obligations to pay for services shall be considered the date of debiting funds from the Customer’s current account.
The validity of tariffs is fixed for 1 year from the date of conclusion of the contract. |

Comments:
The participant, until 4:00 p.m. (Moscow time) on August 9, 2019, must fill out and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of the RFP, namely:
1. Full name of the company, legal form, place and date of registration, legal and postal address, full bank details, contact phone numbers, email address and other [01 Counterparty card.xlsx].
2. A scan copy of the letter with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization with consent to the basic conditions of the request for quotations and offers [02 Consent to participate.docx].
3. Confirmation form [04 Qualification Requirements.xlsx] in excel format and a scanned copy with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization, as well as supporting documents requested in this form.
