a down payment of 30% of the amount of this contract is made on the basis of the invoice issued by the supplier, within 10 (ten) banking days from the moment of conclusion of the contract, the remaining 70% of the amount of this contract shall be paid within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from receipt of goods by the supplier.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
