Payment terms:100% post-payment: payment within 14 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the Buyer upon the completed installation of all racks. Prices must be indicated taking into account all transport costs to the Buyer and installation.
Delivery terms:No more than 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract. Delivery is made by the Supplier.

Comments:
The right to conclude a contract for the supply of equipment after passing accreditation from the Customer.
1. The product must be new (not used).
2. The request specifies the addresses and quantities of the required items, as well as quality requirements.
3. the Commercial Proposal application is mandatory.
4. Compliance with the requirements of the Requirements Specification

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
